Real Estate Inside Sales Agent


Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring an Inside Sales Agent at our Flower Mound, Texas location. The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for serving as a trusted partner to sellers, buyers and agents while assisting in converting real estate business over the phone. This position will coordinate transactions with clients to provide our agents with in-person appointment opportunities.

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent Real Estate experience.
  • Minimum of at least one (1) year of experience in a sales position.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in telephone or door-to-door sales.
  • Experience using a CRM database.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.
  • Strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes to deal effectively with all team members and clients.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not supervise employees.

Summary

Under general supervision, the incumbent acts as a liason between all parties involved during the contract-to-close process.

  • Follow up with clients, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure smooth closing
  • Predict and resolve issues prior to client feeling effects
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned in CRM to ensure all contract dates are met
  • Work side by side Account Manager (cross trained to fill in for Account Manager as needed)
  • Schedules times for all closings.
  • Upload broker required paperwork as requested.
  • Inputs contracts into CRM to initiate task plans.
  • Follows up with all agents to collect missing paperwork to ensure timley closings.

  • Associates degree in Business field preferred and/or meaningful job experience in the areas of real estate, as well as the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Two years related work experience required in a professional business environment, with real estate experience preferred.

Real Estate Lead Coordinator


Summary

Contacts, manages, distributes and follows up on sales leads for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty) agents from a variety of sources including: the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty and PenFed Credit Union websites, the AMS (Automated Marketing System) lead Generation system, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Relocation program and all other future lead generation sources. Maximizese ad conversion and performs all lead and agent follow up and lead incubation tasks using a variety of internet based tools in conjunction with some print media (e-mail and drip info campaigns as well as direct mail and phone technological activities and solutions).

  • Manages each lead that comes into the office to make sure it is properly followed up with until converted. Approves all inactive leads prior to removing from call campaign.

  • Holds bi-monthly lead reviews with each agent individually
